Presently the Institute is having a staying capacity of 152 people. There are 6 dormitory rooms and 2 double bedded guest rooms in the main building. Capacity of dormitory rooms varies from 4 to 8 per room.
The Hostel Building – 1 was constructed under the fund from RIDF-XIV component. There are six single rooms for the guests with attach toilet In the Main hostel of the Institute. There are also five furnished double-bedded rooms for ladies and 25 numbers of furnished general double-bedded rooms in the same
building. Total 64 people can stay in the Main Hostel including the Guests.
During the month of February 2021, another hostel building, Hostel Building – 2 was inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister in-charge, Department of Agricultural Marketing, Govt. of West Bengal in presence of the Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal, Department of Agricultural Marketing, Chief Executive Officer, West Bengal
State Agricultural Marketing Board, and other senior dignitaries of the Department. This hostel building was constructed under RKVY 2018-19 fund. There are 12 double bedded rooms in each of the 02 floors, where total 48 trainees can be accommodated. Each of the rooms are well-furnished with attached toilet facilities.
Additionally, one State-of-the-art Air-conditioned conference room with sophisticated AV system with a seating capacity of 100 delegates has also been constructed on the top floor of the Hostel Building 2. Any State-level conference can be arranged now in the conference room.
