The Training was conducted exclusively for the Master Trainers, who are the officials of Training & Canning wing of Directorate of Agricultural Marketing. The 5 days training was Conducted in association with Dept. of Food technology & Bio-chemical Engineering, Jadavpur University. 22 officials of Training & Canning wing of Directorate of Agricultural Marketing were trained under this training program exclusively on the latest techniques on Chemical analysis of Food for Nutritional Facts. Successful candidates are provided with participation certificates.
Total 2.2 Lakh has been utilized from the State Budget 2016-17 for this training purpose.
